FBOs with an annual turnover between Rs. 12 lakhs and Rs. 20 crores are eligible for state FSSAI license. State license is suitable for businesses that operate within a state or a union territory.
FBOs with an annual turnover of more than Rs. 20 crores are eligible for central FSSAI license. Central license is suitable for businesses that operate in more than one state or union territory.
